If I upgrade to paid during my free trial, when will I be charged?

Your trial gives you 30 days free on the Starter plan.  

If you decide to move to paid during the 30 days free trial, whether you stay on Starter or upgrade to the Professional plan, you will only get invoiced at the end of the free trial.

If you only decide to upgrade to paid after the 30 days free trial is expired, then you will get invoiced immediately. 

For example:

  • Free trial starts on January 1st, and expires January 30th.
  • If you upgrade to paid on January 10th, you will still get the free trial until the 30th before being invoiced on the 31st. 
  • If you let the trial expire on January 30th and opt to buy in to either Starter or Professional, you will immediately be invoiced.
