What kind of Reports can I create in my Marketplace?

Depending on your role, you can create and download reports to view detailed information about companies, purchases, users, invoices, and so on. Depending on your marketplace configuration, reports can be available to the following user roles:

  • Marketplace Managers
  • Network Managers
  • Company Administrators
  • Developers
  • Resellers and Reseller Managers

Accessing Reports

While logged into the Marketplace:
  1. Click the Manage (grid icon) and select Store.
  2. Along the top row, select Reports
  3. Anywhere on this page that there are orange question marks, you can click for more information.
  4. Click the gear icon on reports you've created in order to download or delete them.
