How to avoid copying Sales Agents / Resellers on Customer Email Notifications?

Marketplace Managers can decide to copy Sales Agents and Resellers users on billing-related emails for company subscriptions associated with their accounts (ie. Orders they placed on behalf of customers).

 That Marketplace option is sometimes enabled by mistake - causing confusion amongst Sales Agents and Resellers.


Process:

To disable that option - follow these steps:

 

  • Log into your Marketplace with a Marketplace Admin user
  • Head over to Manage > Marketplace > Settings > Marketplace Functionality
  • Under Customer Roles > Customer Emails - disable the option “Copy sales agents on customer emails”
